DOMESTIC RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your SKN² purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN CONDITIONS
All returned items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Folded and returned in the original garment packaging
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or do not meet our return standards may be declined. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense, or a 20% damage fee per item may be deducted from the refund.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and for providing valid tracking information.
SKN² is not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.
Tracking details will be available through our returns portal once the return is initiated.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted only for a different size or color of the same style, subject to availability.

PROCESSING & REFUNDS
Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account or for an exchange to be dispatched.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us before returning the product.

• A clear image of the defect

POLICY AGREEMENT
By placing an order with SKN², you acknowledge and agree to our shipping, returns, and exchange policies, as well as our terms and conditions.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If for any reason you wish to return your order, international returns are accepted within 14 days from the date your package is delivered.
International orders are eligible for refunds only. Exchanges are not available for international orders and must be placed as a new order. Shipping fees will apply to any re-orders if the order does not meet the free-shipping threshold.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, clearance fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
If a return is initiated using a prepaid return label (when available), tracking details will be provided through our returns portal.

CUSTOMS & REFUSED DELIVERIES
Any items returned due to the customer’s failure to pay import duties or customs fees will incur additional charges payable by the customer.
If customs duties are refused at delivery, a refund will only be issued once the item is returned to us, minus a USD 15 return shipping fee.

PROCESSING TIME
International returns may take 7–21 business days to reach our warehouse.
Once received, returns are processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
